After completion of the German training... |

I felt and thought about a lot of things through this business trip which was my first experience of being in a foreign country. My speaking and understanding of English and German is not so good. And I didn't operate the machine (EOSINTP) practically. So I don't think I could get a big technical result by hearing an announcement of each company in the IUM (International User Meeting) and by visiting the EOS main office and its machine.
However, with many participants who gathered from each country, I could taste the atmosphere of the industry, and see the people’s earnest expression of their faces with full of hope, and those things were most impressive to me and would be the biggest result for my future.
Participants came out to my eyes to wrestle with working forward with feeling joy or sense of accomplishment while being agonized in molding technology with a big plan. When I watched such participants, I felt so small.
A country and content of work are different, but all of other companies are doing their best, too. They point their antennas to various directions. I was overwhelmed.
The history of Powder Molding Industries is not so old, rather new. In such industries, the molding technology of NAGASAKA can be in an equal level with the Participants in the near future, if we do our best. That's also what I felt. To tell it short, Prototyping Machine is such a dreamful machine that can make a molding product in much shorter time than by-hand and repeatedly produce exactly the same thing.
Profit of a company will be increased, and our physical work will become easier if we utilize the machine well.
I do not think that it is so easy to get on track, but I will do my best steadily with a concrete plan.
Your cooperation would be very much appreciated.
Also my thought for foreign countries has been changed somewhat. Two or three days before this trip, I was already so tired with fatigue and uneasiness because of a fearful image and thought of unfamiliar language and custom. But, when I had to leave the town, my feelings has changed entirely and I wanted to stay more spending a time in such a beautiful town and having a contact with a person there. Though I did not understand the language, everybody was so kind and trying to communicate with me and gave me a warm smile, and I could feel their welcoming kindness and respect even though we are from different countries.
An encounter with that kind of a person can be said to be one of the biggest significance for me.
People whom I met in the hotel, the town, the IUM, and all participants from Japan...
Everything was a good experience for me.
I would like to study more about the country before visiting the country again. The country means of course German, but also another country. And I should learn a foreign language more...
Finally, I thank my boss who let me participate in this business trip, and thank Mr. Ikeda and Mr. Konishi (Chuo Bussan) who is my trip companion.
And everyone! Your continued support would be appreciated.
