This is the prototype of a ceiling light which was designed by 3D-CAD and made all-in –one with Nylon resin. It enables us to create the original and unique model freely and widen possibility of designing a light. |

This is a very fine model of cylindrical tubes with a diameter of 1mm.
Even though it is impossible by the method of the injection molding to create this type of model, the SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) prototyping machine enables us to create such a detailed shape.
We are pleased to make such a fine and beautiful model based on the client's request. |

We assisted the production of work "Diamond Chair" of the design office NENDO, which has the clients world-widely, and its activities are ranged widely to architecture, interior, furniture, products, and ci designs. This case is one of the examples corresponding to the large-sized product.

The figure shows an example of a model produced by Rapid prototyping machine.
The image data, photographed by CT used for medical care, are converted into the data (STL) for Rapid prototyping system. A study in the medical field advances in Europe, and there are already some applied examples in the medical scene. It enables to use for various purposes such as the simulation of the surgical operation. |

These models are good samples which show a characteristic of the Rapid prototyping machine. Rapid prototyping machine is able to produce these shapes all-in-one, which is extremely difficult for modeling by a die. Moreover, the Ferris wheel and the Globe can spin. Using the Rapid prototyping machine enables us to speedily create a prototype directly from an idea of a designer. |
